Matt Sward has been with SIDC for eight years. Prior to employment with SIDC, Mr. Sward held a various positions including Assistant Director of Admissions at Brown Mackie College Louisville. Mr. Sward has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Telecommunications from Ball State University. His chief responsibilities include INDOT traffic count coordination, project development and grant administration for all types of CDBG projects, the brownfield program, and Homeland Security projects. Mr. Sward is an Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs Certified Grant Administrator.
Michelle Carrico has been with SIDC for twenty years. While completing her degree in business administration at Indiana State University, Mrs. Carrico worked with SIDC on a part time basis for four years. During that time she worked in general administration along with other office duties. Upon completing full time studies, Mrs. Carrico joined SIDC as a Program Manager. She has held this position for seventeen years. She is responsible for all aspects of Office of Community and Rural Affairs grant administration including project development, grant preparation, closeout, monitoring and audit. Mrs. Carrico is an Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs Certified Grant Administrator.
Rhonda Rumble has been with SIDC for thirteen years. Prior to her employment with SIDC, Mrs. Rumble worked as a Financial Systems Analyst for Kimball Office Group. Mrs. Rumble has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Southern Indiana. Her chief responsibilities are project development, environmental review services, RFP, RFQ, and computer hardware/software maintenance along with grant administration for all types of grant projects. Mrs. Rumble is an Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs Certified Grant Administrator as well as a traffic technician and certified by the the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
Rex Knight has been with SIDC for five years. Prior to his employment with SIDC, Mr. Knight was a Facilitator/Training Specialist for the Ford Motors/Visteon Systems groups. Mr. Knight has an Associates Degree in Behavioral Science/Sociology through Vincennes University and Business Studies through Oakland City University. At SIDC, he works as support for all regional projects and planning, to include income survey, environmental review, RFP, RFQ, and INDOT traffic count tasks. Responsible for project development, grant administration and strategic planning. Mr. Knight is an Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs Certified Grant Administrator.
