The Upland Regional Land Bank represents Crawford, Daviess, Greene, Lawrence, Martin and Lawarence Counties.  We acquire, manage, maintain and repurpose vacant, abandoned and deteriorated properties. By doing so we hope to create housing opportunities for our communities, increase property values and support economic development.
